How do I choose between hourly and success-based recruiting?

We'll help you decide on the strategy call. As a rule of thumb: if you're hiring multiple roles simultaneously or have a monthly recruiting budget, hourly often makes more sense. If you're making one or two selective hires and want zero upfront risk, success-based is the way to go. We can also combine both.

What roles do you specialize in?

How long does it typically take to fill a role?

First shortlist typically arrives within 10–18 business days. Offer and acceptance usually happens within 4–6 weeks of kickoff, depending on your interview process speed. We actively work to compress your timeline wherever possible.

Do you work with early-stage startups or only established companies?

Both. We've worked with pre-seed startups, Series B companies, and established scale-ups. Our model flexibility means we can adapt to budgets that vary widely. The success-based model especially works well for cash-constrained early-stage teams.

What happens if a hire doesn't work out?

On success-based engagements, we offer a replacement guarantee within the agreed period (typically 90 days). If the hire leaves or doesn't work out, we re-engage at no additional cost. On hourly engagements, we stay in contact and can quickly re-source if needed.
